The $282 million makeover of Boone Pickens Stadium is almost done, as the team has moved into the new workout and clubhouse facilities, and coaches are slated to move into their offices next month. The renovation of the former Lewis Field is pretty dramatic: videoboards, enhanced seating, totally new workout and coaching facilities, thanks to a large donation from alumnus Pickens. Oklahoma State has always been a competitive football program; the thought in Stillwater is that the new facilities will enhance the recruiting process even further. |
